Scouting Countries

I currently manage Newport in the BSP and the board only allow me to scout players in the UK, Ireland and France. I can't find anywhere that I can make a request to the board to change this. Is it possible or will it be automatically change if i get promoted to the higher leagues.

It will change if you get promoted....It did for me when I got Southampton promoted anyway so it should change

And if you get a foreign parent club

You have to wait for promotion, only way unfortunately and it will automatically allow you to scout abroad.

Instead of starting another topic, I'll ask my question in this one.

I'm in Serie C1 of Italy as Pro Vercelli. My Board allows me to scout Argentina, Brazil, and Chile as well as some eastern european countries and all of central europe.

But for some reason, I can't get scouting reports for players in South America, and I can't scout those countries.

Any ideas?
