Scouting dont work

I have one problem with Scouting. I dont find regens in this area, when they exist in game.

Do you have realistic transfers ticked in filters? Also, if your in March then there might not be many 15 year olds around, if any at all. Im in December on my save and I olnly have four 15 years olds on scouting.

Is uncheck Realistic transfers. 1.03.2015 is date for regens in FRA and GER. They exist in game, i have one scout in FRA, he upgrade weekly raport on FRA, but when i try to find regens, surprise..0.

what date are you on in the game during those screen shots, if its the 1.03.15 then you havnt given the scouts any time to scout the new intakes

I played until the date of 8.03.2015, but nothing has changed. in exchange occurred on 5.03.2015 regens of BPL exactly when scheduled, when i played.
