Scouting for Players

Hey, lads!

I'm currently on season 2012/2013 with River Plate and I need some decent players. I know what players I want, I usually scout players from France and Croatia but this season, I can't.

I've scouted players in Europe for two seasons and now I can't. It says I'm not allowed to do that, only scout players from South America and Mexico, but I've done it for two seasons!!

Anyways, is there like a setting, or could you ask the chairman?

Im not sure that you can ask the chairman or change the settings . I would think you might have to Sign better scouts ? That can go further out and has more expierence in countrys. Also just sign who you think would come ( Like players you have used in past season's?) Im not to sure you see but i thought i give you my view

I've used the same scout since 2009/2010 and he was able to scout the whole world, and now he can't :/
