Scouting Knowledge

How do you achieve 100% scouting knowledge? I know it's not possible of course to max the knowledge but I don't know how to get it even higher then 50%.

Do any of you know any good scouts for every region? Or any other tips are also welcome!!

Erm.. Why do you want 100% scouting knowledge? As long as you have some knowledge in many countries, most players should show up on your search list. Get a scout with Good adaptability, so that he can travel, and scout specific players for you. Too many scouts will also result in reducing your club's overall profit on salaries etc..

But yeah, to increase your scouting range, just get more scouts with the countries where it's severely lacking. In scouting knowledge, anything ranging from minimal to sporadic will pull down percentages.

If you're able to get enough scouts aim for two in each of the main regions and one in every other, high adaptability along with some already good knowledge of the region is ideal.
Fairly easy to get 50-60% once you're able to get in a fair amount of scouts but that's pretty overkill.
