Scouting problem, again.

Really annoying now, happened before. I went to get a scout report on a player, it comes back and shows the stars on the right, i click view report and it tells me i must get a report on the player!! made me quit my last game, surely somebody has the answer!!

Have you updated your game, because the issue was fixed in the latest patch
