Hello. I'm pretty new to the game and I wanted to ask you a question, on what to choose when giving an assigment to the scouts. World, region,nation, competition, players(pref region) ? My goal is to find the best bargains in the games and potential monsters. Also it would be nice to know players that play on more known leagues abilities and potentials. I have read some guides, but all of them where very diffrent from each other.
