Hi everybody,

My question is simple : does the automatical yearly youth arrival linked with the level of scouts in the club or not ?

To my knowledge, nope.

Rather, I believe the quality of the yearly youth arrivals is linked to the reputation/size of your club. The larger/more renowned the club, the greater the chance of getting a quality intake.

not directly its linked more to your clubs investment in the youth recruitment, eg. the more knowledge your scouts/staff/feeder clubs give to the club have the more areas you cover and then the investment is how much you spend in those areas. so there are a few factors involved... KNOWLEDGE + INVESTMENT( + YOUTH FACILITIES) = QUALITY REGENS
