scouts based in Italy

Does anyone know why scouts based in Italy want so insanely high wages? Always want over 10k a week and I'm trying to build a good scouting system at my Wigan team and I want a scout to scout in Italy but they all want insane wages, something me and my team can't compete with!

because they don't want to leave their countries unless you make an offer they can't refuse. Italian scouts are pesky. Raid United for scouts..there are so amazing ones there.

i cant fathom why the italian scouts and coachs too think theyre worth more than half my players either. stick to obsecure reputation ones with good stats who will get better and whos reputation will rise
