This might be a stupid question, but I couldn't figure out how to get my scout to give me his opinion on players in my squad. The bars in squad view were empty, I can't get him to scout one of them through the player's screen and I couldn't find anything about it in his assignments.
What am I missing?
Also, unless you have an assistant manager or coach with really high "Judge" stats, a scout with 18 judging ability and 20 judging potential will probably be more accurate in his estimates than any of them despite them being more "experienced" with the team, right?
