Just started new game with Inter, on newest patch. Just realised that whenever I try and sign scouts, they all demand part time contracts - and I've already signed up a couple on part time without realising. Never seen this before, and just checked on my old Southampton save from pre-January update and all my staff are full time.
Is this an Italian thing? (I notice a couple of the existing scouts at Inter are part time.) Or a new patch thing? Does it actually make any difference whether scouts are full or part time?
