Scout's..

is there a way to set my scouts to look for current ability rather than for the future, im looking for impact players but everyone who theyve come back with is half a star but 3 & half in the future etc.

any help ?

set the age limit higher or some like that
and a 16 or 17 year old with 3 golden star potential and silver star current can be a world best player of the year talent,
cuz every half star means the player can improve most stats by 1 so a player with the scout report i mentioned earlier could improve everything by 6 or some stats by 7 8 9 , some by 2 3 4 depending on ur trening,
