Dont know what it is about FM2012 but the fonts and players are larger than FM 2011, its not a major problem but just wondered if I can fix this easily?
I had the same problem and while it's a bit annoying i've found that quiting at the Start/load game screen and restarting the game a couple of times does the trick.
