Screen zoom??

My screen has cut off the edges on the game, and i'm unable to hit buttons such as continue. It may be a shortcut ive done and I dont know how. The resolution hasn't changed or anything. Its just cut off the edge. Anyone know how to get it back.

Practically all i can see is the main information that usually occurs in the middle of the screen. All toolbars etc have gone.
