screenshot problems

Hi everyone,
trying to post screenies up of certain things,but when pressing alt&F9 instead of the screenshot getting moved to the relevant folder just seems to be a properties logo comes up and therefore no screenshot becomes available.

Very frustrating...any ideas folks?

Have you changed what your hotkeys do in the settings?

Or are you running any other programs at the same time which may use f9 as a hot key?

no still shows as ALT&F9
any ideas?

Have you checked whether the screenshots are appearing in your screenshot folder?

my documents > sports interactive > fm11 > screenshots

If there isn't a screenshots folder, creating one may rectify the problem.

Yeah,screenshots appear.used to be able to make screenshots in a previous save and went into relevant folder.
Tried creating a new folder and deleting the old one but still nothing.

No dont use any other programs whilst playing FM
