I'm in my first saison with bvb and im searching for a good left footed winger.

It's not to make real impact on the team but more a young guy that play around 15 starts and 20 comming ins the first 2 years..

Money isn't the problem but their are some attributes that i need otherwice he can't play in my system..

So i want left footed winger with good pace, cross and teamwork

Juan Fernando Quintero is young enough to be retrained to right wing, he's already competent. But he'll most likely come in January window or second year transfer window for ~12M. He's left footed, after a year his attributes become crazy good and also develops his right foot.
He also has "Plays through balls" and "Places Shots" PPMs.
His pace/acc also become good. he's excellent, playmaker/IF. Great finisher, long shots, dribbling, passing.

He might be costly in first season because he just signed for Porto. But after a year he comes very cheap, also 20k wages.

Yeah i know that guy, but you need to know my tactic is all about hard working players, counter with a lot of speed and power a bit like bayern last year! So how are hes attributes with teamwork etc..

Teamwork is 12 but shoots upto around 14, his work rate became 14 too but after a year or two of development, won't work instantly. Left footed players are very less as AMR, I've had tough time too.
I think best player for you would be Angel Di Maria but you can't get him.

You could look at Pedro? He's available for 21M first season, takes up high wages. He has both feet "very strong"
Teamwork - 14
Work Rate - 15
Pace/Acc - 15/17

Adnan Januzaj, not only does he develop really well in a short amount of time; but he's also very versatile.

Yeah in an earlier Liverpool safe i had him, but he really takes up high wages ans wont spend to much on that.

I don't think he becomes very fast ore I'm i wrong?
That depends entirely on how you develop him. What you focus on during the individual training. I don't have a screenshot because I deleted my save, but if you search around on the forums you'll see that I'm not alone on backing up Januzaj.

Here you can see how he developed under AI management, and also under human management.

EDIT: To the guy above me, Sherkey,
you've done a great job! Mine did not look as good at the age of 22, but he became a natural on the right wing though. Cut in + shoot with that left foot = profit.
