Searching for players, possession based tactic

I'm searching for players with a different role in a possession based tactic.
I have around 70-80 transfer budget, but if it's not needed i will not spend everything.

*So i'm searching for a defensive mid in the busquets/martinez role that come between the central defenders.

*A good central defender with good passing (direct passing)

*I play coutinho in a Gotze role in central midfield but i don't have a real backuk for that

*One winger that hase good mental attributes but also decent skills more like thomas muller from bayern.
