seasons?

whenever im looking at football manager stuff i always see things with people in 2014 or in the 3rd season. whenever i play a save for about 20 hours i can barely get past the january transfer window in my first season. is there anything i can do to make the save quicker through the seasons?

Depends how fast you go, some people take hours trying to perfect the team, the tactics, the training, watch the match in details and others don't worry so much about that stuff.

Personally i take time with transfers but currently my team and tactics are pretty awesome so very little work is needed, also i play matches in the fastest speed and watch highlights, sometimes i'll watch matches if i'm doing bad.

Think i'm currently in 2027 and i can do a season in about a day or two if i try.
