Second season fixtures not arranged

I'm in my second season but no fixtures have been arranged. I'm into September. Is there anything I can do to sort this?

Don't have a photobucket account, can you post pictures without one?
I wonder if downloading the new patch half-way through the season might have out to do with it?

I'm thinking it's the patch I downloaded half-way through the season.
I've just left a new game on holiday using the same database, the fixtures worked for that game.
Looks like i've got start a new game and try win the league again.
