Second Season Watford

I'm currently managing Watford and have just entered my second season. I was a bit disappointed with my first season, finishing 12th, and playing 4-4-2, so I have decided to switch to a 4-2-3-1.

I have £1.5m to spend, and need a CB, LB, CAM and a goalscorer, as I can't seem to utilise Sordell as I probably should, even though his stats fit the role of a poacher, which is how I play him.

Can anyone give me any help?

I'm midway through first season as watford and sordell hasn't scored yet, i signed matt tubbs off crawley (I know, but cheap) and he bangs them in. also andros townsend as an inside forward and jake livermore as a DLP
