I am the manager of Liverpool, a team in which I am very successful. I have won most of the competitions I have entered in as well as a World Cup with England. (This is September 2014)
However, I have a very talented and want to keep everyone happy and still win. How can I go about this?
My squad is as follows: (I will ignore any fringe players or players I do not consider to be part of any future plans)

Reina

Cassani
Johnson
Bale
Insua
Van Den Borre
Wilson
Kjaer
Otamendi
Reis
Cahill

Milner
Miereles
Muntari
Vidal
Gerrard
C. Ronaldo
Pastore
Hlousek
Robben
Turan

Balotelli
Torres
Huntelaar
Carroll
Rodrigo
Yildirim

Any tactics, advice, sellings/buyings, formations etc would be most welcome!

4-2-4 ronaldo inside forward. we have pretty much the same squad and he has 20+ assists in like 14 games and like 12 goals

6 striker! will be hard to keep em all happy, i have 3 normally plus 1 youth im starting to implement

I would suggest that you sell balotelli as he is very disruptive and look to cash in on some of your older players

Who should I consider selling?

This is my first team, really:

Reina (GK)

Johnson (RB) Reis (CB) Otamendi (CB) Bale (LB

Vidal (CM)

Balotelli (RAM) Pastore (AM) Ronaldo (LAM)

Huntelaar (ST) Torres (ST)

Although I do change my wingers often, I wonder who is best choice out of Robben, Balotelli, Hlousek and Turan. Ronaldo is a no brainer, really!

LOL Cristiano Ronaldo in L'pool. Anyway, sell Insua, Cassani, Cahill, Muntari, Hlousek, Miereles, Carroll, Huntelaar.
Play 4-5-1, L'pools best formation.
