Sell or Keep Gaston Ramirez? Soton Signigns 2nd season

i'm starting my second season as Soton manager and i won the BPL in the first. Ramirez just came back from Loan and i got a 17.5M euros offer for him.. i don't really use a Playmaker in my tactic so is he worth keeping or should i sell him?

For signings i'mn looking for a CB, a Striker and a Defensive mid and a GK

He is really inconsistent, so even if you did use a playmaker you should be looking to sell. Great offer and he isn't needed by you so I'd say definitely sell.

CB: Balanta, Vallejo, Stones, Joe Gomez, Zouma
DM: Ruben Nevas, Lucas Romero, Chalobah, Geis
Striker: Munir, Berardi, Zivkovic, Malcom, Barbosa, Luka Jovic, Harry Kane.

If he's not going to be 1st team, then sell him off and upgrade somewhere else.
