This has probably been spoke about but i cant seem to find it. Is there specific way to sell players actually worth/above value, i just cant seem to get good offers, for example i am currently southampton trying to flog lallana hes 27 value 14 mil he was playing in rotation for me all last season(i finished 3rd above season expectations) but i cant get any offers nay help?

Looking at it logically, if nobody wants him then the only option you have is to lower your asking price. In my experience, clubs will only offer a fee above a player's value if they really want them (by that I mean they make offers when the player isn't transfer listed) and even then, I have to reject a few bids to drive the price up. Maybe try starting him in a game or two? If he plays well, that might generate some interest.

Try offering him to a specific club like PSG who offer ludicrous amounts of money for players that are not of their quality. (They once bought Wilfried Bony from me as Swansea for £40 Million after my 1st season because he scored 20 goals in 38 games, with that £40 Million I could 9 wonderkids, within four years I had a super team, formed from £40M)

Bony was in no position to repeat that feat again, he got a few goals in easy games which drove his goal tally up, he went to flop at PSG with 13 appearances and 2 goals, then he left at the end of his contract at 28 and I signed him for free as a backup! And anyway who'd buy a player which is inferior to their own in that position when they have Cavani and Ibra...

Ive answered your exact same question in my ASK UNCLE MAD thread mate. Either that or search forum for RAIKAN threads he has a brill one on this for FM13 which still works ...

Just simply put the player on the transfer market and on asking price just lower it to what you think is realistic and what teams will pay. If this doesn't work then just keep offering the player the clubs and lowering your asking price.

The true value of a player is only decided by what a club is willing to pay. That being said....

You can get offers over a players in game valuation. But to get that the player must be wanted by the club they go to and be a player within your plans (Sold Jordan Rhodes to United for £65 million)

The reason you're not getting any offers over the in game valuation is because you no longer want the player. No club will bid over the odds for a player that is no longer wanted (unless its a really special player) (Sold Bruno for £10 million, value was £16 million at the time)

If hes transfer listed, change his squad status to something other than 'no longer needed' Make sure you offer to clubs just before the transfer window opens, and repeat every 4 days or so. Lower your asking price as you do so.

Make sure you give him game time, as much as possible, leading up to the window opening or season ending. Play to his strenghs when he starts so he can get a good match rating, higher this is the better.
