selling players

is it even possible to sell players? I have for example Taye Taiwo and many clubs are interested in him. I offer him for his value and yet no club will makes an offer.. It is really frustrating, because I could use the money to get Tielemans...
It is with all my players btw. Any advice?
 
Its not just the fee when selling a player its the contracts the buying clubs are willing to pay. Also what fee the player is asking for his agent.
 
I sold Flanagan for £30m to Juventus. So yes, it's more than possible.

Try to offer players out in monthly instalments, either partly or fully. That often helps to get offers.
 
I have a lot of players that are wanted by other clubs, but they never make any offer, even if I say on the press that I'm willing to negotiate the player. They are not bad players either, Enzo Perez had Liverpool and Arsenal interested in him at one point, and now it's only Man United, but no offers yet, even though he was top assister and best player in the league, Luisão with Napoli and Lazio, nothing, Rodrigo with Chelsea (he even came to me asking me if I would let him go to Chelsea if they put a bid on him, I had to promise to try to win the UCL in this season. With Benfica? Right...), Gaitán with both City and United. But I see Real Madrid spending so much money, City, Arsenal, PSG, Milan, everyone has money to spend, but not on my players.

Like I said so many variables.
 
Yeah, but after a season I should get at least an offer for more than a million, I 've sold one player for 40k, and offered (and sold) another for 550k when he should be worth 1M at least. And that's it.
 
Ye I sold 3 players now. For at least of what they are worht. In total 15mill profit. One player is sold for 0 lol..
Well I could buy Odegaard, Tielemans and Rossbach
 
The 40k was a 20 yo GK, not good enough for my team, so I just let him go, the 550k was a 31 yo Striker, he still had good stats and was worth 1,2M, but no one wanted him until 550k.
 
Of course, I wasn't expecting Real Madrid to buy the player, but there are a lot of teams with some money that could use my players. But things has changed since my last post, sold a player for 16M, plus clauses, and sold a few others reserve players, and gotten new young better players, if only now my players could have just a tad better goal-to-shot ratio, I could be an UCL contender.
