How those money will enter my transfer budget?
2.900.000 at the beginning and then 12.500.000 over 24 months or the rest of the money will not enter my transfer budget ?


I really don't care about my balance which is very high compared to my transfer budget because I don't want to make those selfish shareholders rich .I just need money for transfers.

You should get all the transfer money added to your kitty as it comes in. Unless the board change their mind at some point before the end of the 24 months
