Is it worth it to sell Tom Cleverly for 30mil at the start of the Campaign?

Most people will say yes. Personally for me hes been really good (unlike real life obv) but even so 30mil is a really good sell if you got offered that much, i probs would sell. Unless it was to Chelsea then id say no :) never sell to rivals.

I would sell him. In my 3rd season with united and just sold him. He is at best a decent back-up and for 30mil you can get some really quality players

Most definitely yes! I kept him for a season and a half and he was always out-performed by Lucas Romero, despite Romero playing less games. I ended up selling him for about ?5M in the end.

That doesn't even need an answer! of course you should sell for that amount

Really? Tom Cleverly? The worst footballer to ever come out of england since Emile Heskey

He has been really good for me in my Utd save. 30m is a bit too much. Sell him unless its selling to "big gun" rival of yours..

Even selling him to a rival might just win you the league :P But your lucky to even get 30m at the start. Best offer i have had for him is around 20m from both Chelsea and PSG.

If you get offered 30m for him defo sell him. I can't anywhere near that for him, I couldn't even get 10m for him which is about right tbh.

I just got offered 25mil myself, and im selling for sure 4th season january transfer window hes been really good but I have better youngsters and hes starting being average for me now.

I'd sell him all day long. He's good but not amazing. Barely played him for the first two seasons before he got released now he's at Celtic. Kinda regret releasing him as he's a good squad player but compared to Mata, Rooney, Kagawa, Junazaj he's not that great. Replaced him with Nick Powell. So yeah, sell.

You're probably exaggerating, but in case you're not I'd tell you that I doubt it. David Moyes has turned every United-player (apart from Wayne Rooney) into garbage. Just like in this game, Cleverley does not excel if you play him in a team that doesn't fit to his abilities. Which is short passing and quick movements.

He's not a defensive minded midfielder, so there's no wonder he's **** when he's being told to stay behind, pass the ball either backwards or to the wings. Not saying he will ever become world class, but cmon, compare him with Heskey -_-

EDIT:
On topic:
For 30mill pounds I'd sell him instantly.
