Semi-pro to Professional

I would like to know how to encourage the board to change the Club status? I feel like im struggling because of our semi-pro status. Im Peterhead in 1st Division Scotland after 2 straight promotions. I want to attract better players but they are put off by Part-time contracts.

Can anyone suggest anything?

you've just got to keep playing well and getting results and any trophies you can get. also try to make a profit on your players when you sell them and consider bringing in some young players to sell on for a higher fee next season as it's probably that you can't aford to turn pro and the prize money and transfer profits will help and the rep gained from trophies helps to attract players aswell which will help in the mean time and also mean that when you do turn pro better players will be looking to move to your club.
