Serie A Reserves

Hey,

This has probably been mentioned previously, so sorry for that... but I can't seem to find a solution anywhere.

Is there any patch/editor update that will allow for a Serie A reserves league??

If not, is there a quick and easy way I can do it myself in the editor? I don't want to re-configure the whole Italian league system.

You could create a b team and add to serie b, I did that.

This was mentioned in SI forums, few guys complaining about it and the response was that there would not be any sort of reserves league added for Italian league. I know this doesn't help you of course but just thought I'd mention it.
