Hi,
Basically I have started a career with Cesena n Italian Serie B.
I have tried to sign players from South America as I have built up a lot of knowledge of players that I could sign, however when I attempt to make a bid for a non E.U player, it will not allow me due to the Serie B rules.
Is there a way that I can remove this rule in the editor so I can sign non E.U players?
