Hi there,
Have 8 years of FM via steam on my laptop however FM21 crashing frequently and giving me serious error message - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG.
I am on an acer aspire V5-573 intel i5-4200U with integrated intel HD Graphics 4400 and drivers are all up to date.
Does any one have any suggestions what I can do to fix this. At the minute i can't play for more than 15 minutes without a crash.
Have submitted dump files to sega but awaiting response and unsure of turnaround times
