Hi guys, new to the forum, just wondering if anyone could help. Starting my first season with no difficulties, until i get up to the first game and select my first squad. At that point, i go to submit my squad and football manager minimises and an error message pops up. Here is a screen grab of the issue:

I tried restarting and going to the same point and it happens again, to the point where the game automatically shuts. Does anyone know how i can fix this?
