Serious problems getting onto Steam through my Student Internet.

i Really need help getting onto my steam account through my student internet.

When i try to load steam, it says i am currently unable to connect to steam even though i am online.

Im desperate to get back on FM PLEASE help you beautiful people!

Maybe your student internet blocks you from using Steam. When i'm on my laptop at school, it won't let me use Steam because my school has blocked it

Why dont you just not use online and start it in offline mode? you dont need the internet to play FM...
