Serious steam problems,Becoming a joke now...

Right for the past 2 hours ive been trying to start fm,Its a complete joke..Every time i try to start it,It sais completing installation? ive had the game a week and played it numerous times..So why its doing this i dont no?

So when it starts that,It just doesn't move off 0% and then tells me the steam servers are too busy to handle my request for football manager 2013?

How the **** do i get round this? iv'e had enough now,Its pathetic.
 
had the same problem about 1 hour ago and just restarted my laptop and tried again and it waorked

It's probably installing an update.

Restart steam, or even your computer.
