Setting up career on non League

Hi I'm new on here but not to FM. I used to play championship manager 07. Had breaks from them over the years but well into fm24.

Anyway I was wondering if I can play in non league. Obviously with the aim to get to the prem. I would like to start with my local team which are in Southern premiership.
When I start a career the lowest league I can get is conference north/south.
Any ideas would be great.

you can download a lower league database that should give you the div that your team in so you can play as them.
