Setting up online game help

Hi, i am looking to set up an online game but need help with the processing options.
If the 'continue automatically if conditions specified' is ticked, where it says "browsing after... x minutes"
does this mean that you get x mins length of time for browsing or is that how long you get after the selected percentage of players has pressed continue?

It is the time after the percentage of players have continued, or at least it was on FM12

cheers. Was gona put it to 2minutes and after 70% players press continue. I take it when the game processes after being allowed to continue, 1 day will pass unless that is changed at the beginning?
