Settling A Player In.

Basically signed Aguero with most of my budget as United, it's just gone past January now and he still is according to my assistant having settling issues.

• Still appears to be trying to blend in
• Has problems motivating himself to play under you
• has problems motivating himself to play under a manager with such a low reputation in the game
• Has personal issues

Any help or is it just a process of time, i've asked him reccomend a player so i might get Cambiasso just to help him out. Also as a side note what's the best way to play him with Rooney?

1. Can he speak English? That could stop him settling.
2. Signing another Argentinian player could help him.
3. Have you given yourself a low manger reputation. i.e. automatic, semi-pro? That could be why he isn't motivated playing for you.
4. And no, I have no idea of how to play him with Rooney.

He can't speak english i don't think is there anyway i make sure he does learn ?

and i'm fairly sure i clicked international on the reputation screen.

As for the Rooney conundrum no problem

He'll learn to speak English over time so that should improve.

And his motivational problems could just be because you don't have any history as a manger.
