Ok,so lets get started
GKs
Andriy Pyatov
Rustam Khudzamov
Yuriy Virt
Ok the first reaction to this will be sell Yuriy Virt because he's 35... has awful stats and blah blah blah.But,selling him would have an adverse effect on the team,board as well as the fans.He is a favourite there.Pyatov is the best GK in the UPL so hold on to him.Khudzamov can also provide good backup.Get Maxym Basanets for around 1.5 k as he is the future Pyatov and your third choice GK.
Defenders
Darijo Srna-The best player in the team,rock solid at right back and equally flamboyant as right mid/wing
Mykola Ischenko-Your captain.1st choice centre back
Olexander Kucher-Another vital centre back.
Dmitry Chyzov-Decent backup for Ischenko and Kucher.
Olexiy Gai-Your left back.
V.Shevchuk-Backup for Gai.Not so good stats though.Sell him off as soon as possible
Razvan Rat-Left back.Has nice stats but has not done well for me.Sell in January.
Ilsinho-Though he is a right mid,he can provide backup for Srna
Tomas Hubschman-Good centre back but i normally play him as CDM
Vasyl Kobin-Young right back prospect.Play in cup games.
Thats all about the defenders.Well,you need to strengthen the full back area a bit.A backup for Srna and a player to backup/replace Gai.
Midfield
Mariusz Lewandowski-CDM.Not in my plans.Sell him off or send him out on loan.
Tomas Hubschman-CDM.Play him as anchor man and he is a rock.
Jadson-CM.Your vital playmaker.Renew his contract as soon as you start or he will go to Tottenham or Sampdoria.(My personal experience)
Fernandinho-CM.Not so good stats but scores a lot of goals from long shots.
Igor Dujlaj-Decent Backup for Jadson and Fernandinho
Ilsinho-Right Mid.Not needed at all so have him as a backup for Srna at right back.
Willian-AMC.Hold on to this player and play him in cup games.He will become a quality player.
Well,one or two signings are needed here for a good AMC and a CM as Dujlaj is not that quality as a backup.
Strikers
Olexandr Gladkyi-Your first team striker
Julius Aghahowa-Signed to be your "first team striker".Useless stats.
Luiz Adriano-Can score goals when needed.Your SuperSub.
Ruslan Fomin-Reserve Team Striker.Will get offers from lower standard teams.
Signings definitely needed!!!
Your minimum expectation is to win the league and the board will give you 30 mil pounds as your transfer budget.
