Shirts on tactics screen gone since 15.3

This has happened to me even after verifying the cache, reinstalling and deleting all graphics. Is there any solution? It's not game breaking but it is incredibly irritating. Happens on every skin, too.

Me either, i was fixing my skin the other day and saw a post on the SI site.. works a treat, and stopped me pulling my whole skin apart bit by bit.
