Arsenal came 19th 2nd season for me but won the champions league from qualifying in the previous season.

Wow never seen one of the top 4 get relegated but liverpool used to get relegated a lot on fm13

I have seen worse than a top team relegated... Stoke City winning the Premier League in the first season.

Out of interest, could you show us their transfer history and maybe fixture list so I can maybe see what they did wrong? I've never seen such a shock outcome like that on my saves.

Not in the 1st season, but I've seen Liverpool get relegated in about the 3rd season, then have 3 successive relegations to end up mid-table in League 2!

Although they have been relegated they are still interested in wilshere and ramsey lol. Their players dont come cheap though.

Another interesting thing is their head coach is Arsene Wenger since 9 Dec 2013 .

I don't think it's a bug. Remember that so many people play this game, and with so many simulations, some of them are going to create some wild results.

I think it's weird how the team were still doing well in the Champions League, the toughest competition of them all, but were rubbish everywhere else. Thanks for the extra details.

On one of my saves inter Milan got relegated in 1st season

Clearly they were unlucky and didn't take their chances when they had them.

In my first season as L'pool, City finished 16th. Also on my Lyon save, first season FC Lorient (a ****** lower table team) finished 2nd, above me. I checked their manager, to see if he could possibly get the best out of a below-average team (possibly similar to Montpellier a couple of years back). Nope, his stats were absolutely garbage. In that same season, Marseille finished in the bottom half and Lille were about 16th.

The result generation on this game is hopelessly random. It's broken.
