Shoot more

Im in my third season with leyton orient and im in the championship
done quite well in my previous two season but throughout the time ive been playing managers have been saying that if my team were to shoot more rather than walk it in we would do better.

but i cant quite work out how to get my team to shoot more? :/

any help would be greatly appreciated

possibly play with a more fluid and direct style of play, they probably referring to your rigid, short passing style of play, maybe invest in a clinical striker, or midfielders with better creativity
