Shoot with Power, Place Shots or Neither?

Hey guys.

Advice for this player? Not sure if either the shoots with power ppm or places shots would be suitable. Any recommendations?

Yeah that was my thought. He looks to have all the right attributes for power...just wasn't sure if it would be worth it or not. I've not had a striker with that ppm on fm 13 yet
