Short vs Direct - Pass and Possesion

I'm play with Barcelona and im want to get the best from the team, I know there is no challenge to play with them...

Which kind of passing style should I use? for great passers like Xavi,Iniesta,Bousquets,Messi,Fabregas...

To get around 58%+ Possesion Short or Direct ?

and im will use slow tempo if it's matter...

Short. Obviously. Short + slow tempo = possession. Direct + quick = kick and rush.

Direct isnt necessarily kick and rush.

Possession is also hugely about option. they must have the passing options to maintain possession
