Should i manage Newcastle United?

im looking to start a new game , newcastle came to mind , anyone got any ideas for tactics and players to buy?
 
I had huge success at Newcastle in a game I did. You dont get the nonsense that goes on there in real life and you can do quite well.

I sold nearly my entire squad and bought nearly all the Wonderkids. Won the Premiership with an average sqaud age of 20. But im sure that they could do quite well otherwise. Martins, Owen, Taylor, Colocini etc are good players.
 
m8 i played with newcastle and enjoyed it alot and in my opion sell owen for 20 million coz he never signs a new contract keep barton as he was extrodinary for me and buy a good creative midfielder
 
Newcastle for me are the most entartaining team to be in fm09. I turned them into the best side in the prem in my save, bought the likes of Marquinhos, Thiago Neves, Toni Kroos, Gojko Kacar, Joe Mattock, Micah Richards, Anthony Vanden Borre and Keirrison to the club, it was a great challenge, i'd deffinately advise being them, and the take over situation just makes the game even more exciting.
 
Depends if you have the update- I did one on an updated version and it was pretty boring in the Championship- won pretty much every game and got promoted.

Up to you though.
 
updated version? where you get that from? Toon are the team to be ;) already quality there ;)
