SHOULD I PLAY FM12 IN "ONLINE" OR "OFFLINE"

As the title says when i goto play FM12 i always wonder to myself what the difference is between playing when you are online and offline,whats the difference? Is there any advantage as to staying online or anything?

Offline mode is just if your not connected to the internet etc, I think it just means you can't play Network games. ATM i'm using offline as i'm at college

With online mode you can play with other people (as manager), so you can test your managerial (FM) skill with your friends
