Should I sell Huddlestone?

Just recieved an offer of 14m for Tom Huddlestone.
Should I accept it, is this a good deal?

Huddlestone has alot better defensive stats and pretty much the same in terms on creativty and passing.

I'm into my 5th season with Spurs and still have him, but only as a backup player. When I play him he usually does well, but is not consistent enough to play regularly. I would take the £14m if I were you.

Look at his mentals though. Mental stats are absolutely critical, and Defour has some **** impressive ones.
