Should i sell nani

hi there i have nani in my man u squad playing left mid. i am nearly finished my second season and have had offers from the likes of barcelona and real madrid for him for 15 (straight up) to 22mil (over 18months) should i sell him or does he get better?

sell him and play tosic, he becomes amazing by around 2010. but i reckon if you started him every game he would become very good a season or so.
