The assman will use those he sees fit. He will do this even if some of your settings have been tweaked and the shouts might only work 50 % of what is intended, risking the approach of becoming heavly unbalanced. He will also change strategy and formation ingame if he sees fit.

Naturally not, just like he wont load up any of your saved tactics in your Tactics Library. These shouts have been saved under a group name so when you want to use them, you will only have to make one click inetad of several
