okei so showing onto weaker foot excacly means what?

You try and get the player to use his weaker foot so his shot/pass isn't as good.

so if you show a left winger or a guy who is left foot only onto his left foot then he'll have to use his right foot?

Well, if your defender does it right. It isn't guaranteed to work every time though.

YES

A player that is Left Footed Only, is as it says prefers to play mainly with his left leg.

If it says Left Footed, then he may also use his right leg but not as much.

So when you give the instruction, show on to weaker foot?

You will be trying to get the opponents player to play on to his right foot, his weaker leg, wont be comfortable with the ball, cant shoot or pass properly.
