SI Activator has stopped working :(

When i clicked to start FM09...it said "performing first setup"...then a pop-up said "SI Activator has stopped working".
Then another pop-up game up saying "enter your code"...so i did but obviously it didnt work becasue I'd already used it before.
Does this mean my FM has broke :'(
I've had the game for months and this has never happened

have u changed anything i.e: skins faces anything? resently
 
i used a new super ball pack thing...that was about 2 weeks ago

all i can say is copy your saved games just for safety and uninstall and reinstall.

Sounds like something that cant really be fixed with a repair or reinstall.
 
when you put new stuff in the wrong places the game will currupt or develop crash dumps
 
May just be a registry thing from when you've installed the pack.
Re-install it?
