Signing a player on Loan, Club Won't Agree?

I'm trying to sign a player on loan and I put in a bid and they came back with a counter offer to which I accepted demands but they won't agree to the deal and I keep getting the same offer each time from them, pls help

Just give them a better offer...And before you submit the offer there is a middle tab where you can check if your offer is acceptable...All that doesn't mean that the player himself wants to see your face every day and play for you... loan deal needs both parties to agree...

Yeah clubs never usually budge on loan demands, not a lot of room to negotiate unfortunately.
