Signing Club Legends as Staff?

Hello. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this because I'm not sure if this is possible with or without using the editor.

If you go into a teams info page you'll see a bunch of people the club likes such as Pat Rice, Ray Parlour or David O'Leary for Arsenal, some of these don't even play and they are shown as managers, assistant coaches, coach's and so on, and they usually aren't employed! How can I get these people into that same club as a staff member?

Does it just cost a ton or are they just too happy doing nothing?

if you can click on them, try and sign them im sure having club legends around is a good thing. just click on approach to sign towards the top right corner of the screen. if the person is unemployed, you will only have to pay thier wages, as they have no club to pay compensation to. it just depends what they want in wages

tried to sign Paolo Maldini as a milan coach, and it says he has no interest in the role. how ridiculous is that?

Hey Marc, yeh thats what I mean! You think a legend to Milan like Maldini would be interested hey..

Perhaps theres a way to fix/edit it?

Maybe they don't want to be a coach or anything interested in fotoball?

If they have higher apirations as to be an assistant manager or a manager themselves then they wont join as a coach.

he won't even sign as an Assman. same as Radebe with Leeds. stupid.
